Ingredients

1 bundle of organic kale
1 tbsp of olive oil or olive oil spray
Sea-salt for the taste

Directions

Pre-heat your oven to 350° F.
Wash out and pat dry kale leaves.
Remove the leafy part from base and cut into chip size pieces.
When using Olive oil, Place all the leaves in a bag, add the olive oil, add seasonings and shake.
Spread kale chips on cookie sheet.
If you have olive oil spray, gently apply the spray on all kale chips and add sea-salt.
Cook for around 16 minutes.
Sit back and watch to make sure that they don’t burn.
When the edges change to brown, they’re done and ready to serve.
